In this course "Consulting Approach to Problem Solving" I really liked how Professor John Kim clearly explained how to approach a Consulting Problem with modern day technical tools, concepts and also a Consultant should have a humble, kind and respectful personality because this profession is a People Business.

I learned a lot from the lectures. Though some concepts are similar and common, they were delivered in such a way that I relearn and rethink what I already know and I greatly enjoyed the materials. The article blogs are a huge plus as part of the learning materials.
